Your Right to Know What Therapy Will Cost
Under the No Surprises Act
At Aram Connection, we believe in transparency and empowering you to make informed decisions about your care.
As of January 1, 2022, under federal law, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for the total expected cost of non-emergency services, if:
You do not have insurance, or
You are choosing not to use insurance for your sessions
Your Good Faith Estimate will outline the anticipated costs for therapy sessions, including any related services or administrative fees if applicable.
What You Can Expect:
You’ll receive a written estimate at least 1 business day before your scheduled service
You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, even before booking an appointment
If you receive a bill $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge
We recommend keeping a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
