In our fast-paced society and busy life we can lose sight of yourselves. The thought of starting therapy can be overwhelming. The idea of working on feelings of grief, being sad, lack of motivation, anger, and anxiety can be overwhelming. Clients often find themselves asking if therapy is really going to help, is it for them?

I utilize a holistic and solution focused approach. I focus on what works best for each individual client to maximize each client’s experience and goals. I use collaborate approach.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment.  I am kind, understanding, and listen very well to create a strong therapeutic relationship.
