Starting therapy might feel overwhelming. Obstacles such as social pressure, stigma, past negative experiences, and difficulty opening up emotionally can make it hard to begin.

My collaborative, individualized, and supportive approach meets clients where they are in their lives. By supporting clients’ emotional growth and journey, I partner with them to meet their goals and enjoy a better future. I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.

Experience:

Parisa holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Parisa is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). She is also trained in Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) therapy. She has experience working in a variety of levels of care, including residential treatment and intensive outpatient programs. Parisa’s experience includes individual and group therapy, couple, and family therapy, as well as case management and crisis intervention.
