Ivett is a bilingual (English/Spanish) psychotherapist who works with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, and first-generation experiences. She provides culturally responsive therapy tailored to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Her approach is person-centered, empowering, and culturally grounded, integrating evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Ivett works collaboratively with clients, meeting them where they are and helping them build practical tools to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Experience:

Ivett earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Dominican University and has over seven years of clinical experience supporting youth and adults. She is passionate about helping clients build confidence, develop coping skills, and create healthier patterns in their lives.

Her goal is to create a safe and empowering therapeutic environment where clients feel supported in their personal growth and healing journey.
