Life brings forth challenges and stressors each day. For individuals, families, and communities whose lives and histories meet at multiple intersections, managing everyday life while working toward healing and growth may present additional, unique layers and compounded difficulties.
Whatever your dreams, goals, and aspirations for life and relationships are, making them a reality is possible. Healing from the past, self-love, spiritual peace, decolonization, and success are interconnected.
I am most comfortable working with clients ages 12+, individuals, and families. I have provided gentle, person-centered, compassionate services and treatment most extensively to individuals who identify as women, people of color, immigrants, survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, criminal justice/prison, child welfare/adoption, and athletes.
Modalities provided are usually an eclectic integration of Westernized CBT, Narrative, DBT, interactive problem solving, motivational interviewing/solutions-focused, and Narrative Exposure therapies. If requested and/or appropriate, I may also integrate indigenous spiritualities and/or theological (doctrinal, non doctrinal) education and concepts to aid bio psycho social spiritual healing.
If you are ready to begin the journey to decolonize your life, and work toward healing, healthy love, restoration, and liberation, reach out. I am honored to meet you on the journey as you heal, evolve, and become.
